I saw an item in a magazine/the internet, but I cannot find it at your online shop, where can I buy it?
We do not take all our samples from our seasonal presentation into production. But we can, when possible, produce the item(s) you would like to purchase specially for you. Or it could be that the sample is available at one of our selling-points. You can contact our costumer service to see whether your item is available at one of our selling-points or, when not, we could produce that item on your request. Can I return or exchange my item?
Yes, it is possible to return your purchase(s). Returning the product must be done within 10 days after registered delivery by our courier. It must be returned in it’s original packaging, including all labeling and tags. Of course you should not have worn or washed the item(s) yet. For more information please go to RETURNING CONDITIONS.
By exchanging items you will not receive any money back in case the newly bought item is less expensive.
As because of hygienic, underwear however cannot be returned or exchanged at any time.
What are the additional costs to my order?
Next to the costs of the item(s) we will charge shipping cost to the order. These costs will depend on the location where we have to dispatch the purchase(s). It might be that the country of destination will charge extra VAT, import duties and/or taxes. These extra costs will have to be payed by the costumer. To which countries does Sjaak Hullekes ship?
Although we try to deliver our goods to as much countries as possible, we will not be able to ship worldwide. For a list of the countries we ship to please go to SHIPPING CONDITIONS.
When will my order be shipped?
We try to ship your order as soon as possible, which will be within 2 working days. Please notice our head-office operates from Monday until Friday, except from all Dutch national holidays. How long will it take before my order will arrive?
Next to our time to prepare your order for dispatching (within 2 working days), the shipment will cost time. How long the shipment will take is depends on the country of destination.
