SHIPPING CONDITIONS
All orders from the costumers of Sjaak Hullekes online store are distributed from our head-office, based in Arnhem, The Netherlands. Within two working days we will check our stock availability, do a quality control of goods requested by you and approve your payment.  Then we will, when all is in good order, pack your purchases and dispatch them to you. In case we are not able to send your purchase(s) within two days we will send you an e-mail to inform you.

Our head-office operates from Monday to Friday (10.00 AM - 6.00 PM CET) with the exception of Dutch public holidays:

New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Easter Sunday & Monday, Queens Day (30th April), Liberation Day (5th May, once every 5 years, next is in 2015), Ascension Day, Pentecost Sunday (Whitsunday), Pentecost Monday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day.

As soon as you have ordered we will, as said before, check the availability of the goods you ordered and it’s quality. After this availability and quality check we will send you a confirmation of your order by email.
Within two working days after your order has been placed, your purchases will be send. This is when we will send you a second email. In this second email we will provide you with your order’s Track & Trace number.

To guarantee professional transport and the best delivery (-times) we work together with two different shipping partners. These are PostNL (for all orders within the Netherlands, and a part of Europe) and TNT express (for orders from all other countries we ship to).

Orders from within the Netherlands and Europe (Europe 1) transported by PostNL cannot left without a signature. PostNL can deliver your package from Monday until Saturday between 8.00 AM and 6.00 PM.
Orders from other countries shipped by TNT express also cannot left without a signature. TNT express can deliver your package form Monday until Friday between 8.00 AM and 6.00 PM.
If you would like to receive your purchases at another address than your correspondence address you can provide the ship-to address to your order.

All purchases are insured upon the moment our courier has received a signature at the package it’s  arrival at the ship-to address.

In case your package is damaged during transport please check before opening if your purchases might be damaged as well. In case you have doubts of the potential damage of your purchases please make a picture before opening your package, after taking the picture you may open it.
In case your purchases are indeed damaged on arrival. Or by damaged package one ore more of your purchases are missing , you may return your package (please see RETURNING CONDITIONS) before returning. In case only your package or the packaging has been damaged we will not be able to take back your purchases.

When in doubt about the condition(s) of the purchases or when you have problems with receiving your package, do not hesitate to contact us.  By any ambiguities concerning returning damaged good(s) you may contact our costumer service.
